heartburm is caused by an ovotpreducrion of stomach acid, oddly enough, raw, unpastuerized apple cider vinegar, about 1 teaspoon in a glass of water or apple juice will neutralize that..sounds weird, but have tried it, it works..good luck..you can add a bit of honey too

I have the same problem as you.All of the ansewrs you have been given are great.I have also found that the strongest dosage of zantac over the counter works great. My GI doctor also told me alot of my problems are from stress due to my husbands health so he gave me a mild sedative which I try not to touch.Diet plays an important. You should still see a doctor and have it checked out to be on the safe side but until then the ansewrs you have been give about the diet are the same ansewrs a specialist gave me.Also priolsec OTC(over the counter) works great.Make sure to stay away from caffeine and alcahol.Never try to diagnose and treat yourself.I learned that lesson the hard way
